By accessing and using Weightbot ("Service"), operated by Dreambloom LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Weightbot provides AI-powered nutrition tracking and coaching services delivered through WhatsApp and our web application. The Service uses artificial intelligence to estimate nutritional information from food photos and text descriptions, and to provide general wellness guidance.

3. Not a Medical Service

Weightbot is not a medical service, medical device, or healthcare provider. The Service is intended for general informational and wellness purposes only. Weightbot does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical nutrition therapy.

The AI-generated nutritional information, coaching tips, and insights provided by Weightbot are estimates and general guidance only. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional, registered dietitian, or physician before:

• Starting any weight loss, weight gain, or nutrition program
• Making significant changes to your diet or eating habits
• Managing any medical condition through dietary changes, including but not limited to diabetes, eating disorders, heart disease, kidney disease, food allergies, or any other health condition
• Using the Service while pregnant or breastfeeding
• Using the Service for a minor or dependent

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Weightbot for medical emergencies.

4. Accuracy and Limitations

Weightbot uses artificial intelligence to estimate nutritional content of foods. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Nutritional estimates may contain errors. AI-based food recognition and nutritional analysis are inherently imperfect. Calorie counts, macronutrient values, and portion size estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect.
• The Service does not detect allergens. Weightbot cannot reliably identify allergens, contaminants, or ingredients that may cause adverse reactions. Do not rely on the Service for allergen detection or food safety.
• Coaching is general in nature. AI-generated tips and recommendations are based on general wellness principles and may not be appropriate for your specific health situation, medical history, or dietary needs.
• Results may vary. Any weight loss, fitness, or health outcomes are not guaranteed. Individual results depend on many factors beyond the scope of this Service.

5. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that the use of Weightbot is entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service, including dietary choices, exercise routines, and health-related actions.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dreambloom LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of health, bodily injury, personal injury, or any adverse health outcomes arising from or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall the total liability of Dreambloom LLC exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dreambloom LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
